Manager, Communications and Engagement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Communications and Engagement to lead the creation and delivery of internal communications across its Global Business Solutions Center. The role will shape storytelling, branding, and engagement strategies for a worldwide audience of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise communications such as infographics, case studies, videos, presentations, email announcements, newsletters, and webinars.
• Design and execute multi‑platform communication plans for global project roll‑outs.
• Research, recommend, and adopt innovative communication methods, including automation and AI tools.
• Create and deliver self‑service and webinar‑based training in partnership with subject‑matter experts.
• Track, analyze, and report audience engagement metrics.
• Prepare content and present at internal events like town halls, fireside chats, and panel discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate deliverables.

Required profile

• Experienced communication professional capable of translating complex information into relatable stories.
• Strong business acumen to refine messages for maximum impact.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and provide insightful updates for executive stakeholders.
