About the role

The Managed Services Cross‑Technology Engineer (L1) is an entry‑level position responsible for keeping client IT infrastructure operational. You will monitor systems, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure and proactively detect problems.
• Investigate first‑line incidents, determine root causes, and resolve them.
• Provide telephone or chat support to clients as needed.
• Schedule and execute maintenance windows for patching and configuration changes.
• Follow hand‑over procedures for shift changes to maintain service continuity.
• Escalate and report incidents when required.
• Update or create knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support project work and disaster‑recovery testing as needed.
