About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will manage daily logistics operations at the warehouse, ensuring timely vehicle dispatch, route optimization, and smooth order handling. This role involves close coordination with drivers, third‑party partners, and the warehouse team to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle movement and track shipments.
- Handle customer calls for order scheduling and query resolution.
- Design daily delivery routes for efficiency.
- Schedule and oversee urgent pickups.
- Control vehicle costs and manage maintenance.
- Resolve customer escalations via email.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to address order errors, cancellations, and in‑transit issues.
- Maintain records of in‑transit damage and support staff training.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts.
- Ability to coordinate with third‑party partners, drivers, and customers.
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and tools.
- Proficiency in data entry and handling outbound calls.
- Strong decision‑making and coordination skills with internal teams.
