Light Motor Vehicle Driver

About the role

Mateshwari Construction is seeking a full‑time Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driver to support its infrastructure projects in Patna. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials and personnel on construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate LMVs to move tools, materials and staff across project sites.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption and mileage.
• Follow all road regulations, traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Assist logistics team with scheduling and coordinating deliveries.

Required profile

• Valid Light Motor Vehicle driving licence with a clean record.
• Hands‑on experience operating and maintaining LMVs.
• Physical fitness to handle vehicle operations and related tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
