MEP Foreman – HVAC, Plumbing & Fire‑Fighting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Foreman to lead the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting systems on high‑rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water piping, ductwork, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Interpret HVAC, plumbing and fire‑protection drawings and coordinate with civil, electrical and architectural teams.
• Allocate manpower, monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with method statements and project schedules.
• Inspect installed systems, conduct quality checks, and oversee pressure testing, hydro‑testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare daily progress and material requirement reports and maintain site documentation.
• Manage installation of water supply, drainage, sewer, storm‑water, pump rooms, water tanks and related accessories.
• Oversee fire hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, fire pump and fire‑suppression piping installation, ensuring statutory safety requirements are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related trade.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC, plumbing and fire‑fighting system execution for high‑rise projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and meet project milestones.
