About the role
The Legal Executive will work within a real‑estate focused environment, providing essential legal support to ensure compliance and smooth transaction processes. This position is based in Dommasandra, Bangalore.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with documentation and filings related to real‑estate projects.
- Review and draft basic legal agreements under supervision.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information for legal matters.
- Maintain records of legal correspondence and case files.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in Karnataka.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both Kannada and English.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the real‑estate sector.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Karnataka legal framework.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Kannada and English.
