Corporate Director – Legal (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join a leading hospitality organization as Corporate Director. The role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership on a range of strategic and operational legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions activities, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and hotel management agreements.
• Manage litigation and arbitration matters, overseeing external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Advise business units on risk mitigation and complex legal issues.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong background in contracts, disputes, land law and corporate advisory, preferably within hospitality or service sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
