Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a global investment firm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial and investment management agreements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment management and commercial contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
• Maintain and update legal templates to reflect current regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice to business, compliance, and operations teams on contract-related matters.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in commercial contract law.
• Strong understanding of investment management and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
