About the role
The L2 Administrator will be responsible for resolving, maintaining and managing the client’s software, hardware and network infrastructure based on service requests. You will ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket resolution and high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all tickets raised by end‑users and provide solutions within defined SLA timeframes.
- Act as custodian of the client’s network, servers, storage and other infrastructure, ensuring proper functioning and upkeep.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents, create action plans and prevent recurrence.
- Install and configure software and hardware as required by service requests.
- Provide application and user access permissions according to client requirements.
- Maintain backups of critical data and logs to guarantee solution quality.
- Coordinate with on‑site teams for complex problem resolution and ensure zero escalations.
- Review chatbot logs to verify that all service requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in IT administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work under SLA constraints and deliver high‑quality support.
- Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and problem solving.
