Key Account Manager – Senior Manager, Paytm Ads

About the role

Paytm Ads is looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead key account relationships across FMCG, Consumer Internet and Gaming verticals. You will own revenue targets, shape ad solutions for large brands and act as the primary voice of Paytm Ads in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.
• Own end‑to‑end business metrics such as ad revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships.
• Present Paytm’s advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers and agency partners of large brands.
• Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the campaign delivery and optimisation team to monitor and deliver expected results.
• Lead cross‑team initiatives to create innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
• Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales or related fields.
• Proven experience managing programs, categories or business verticals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and presentation abilities with a deep‑dive problem‑solving approach.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous settings, balancing tight deadlines and keeping projects on schedule.
