About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive revenue and volume growth for our assigned accounts in Goa. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely collections, and expanding business across multiple service lines.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and volume growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Ensure collectibles and outstanding balances are within agreed credit periods.
- Develop and record client business understanding using CRM.
- Identify and execute growth levers for volume and revenue.
- Manage commercial expectations of clients within agreed margin guardrails.
- Analyze downtrends, record corrective actions in CRM, and follow up on execution.
- Cross‑sell Delhivery’s lines of business where applicable, including B2CHeavy, LTL, warehousing, and cross‑border services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management or similar sales roles.
- Strong analytical ability to monitor credit, collections, and performance trends.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet growth targets.
