Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Trumpet Media is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to be the primary liaison for our D2C brand clients. You will own the client relationship, translate marketing objectives into actionable plans, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns across design, content, media, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of marketing initiatives, creating timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal creative, media, and tech teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Translate client goals into briefs, develop campaign concepts, and present performance reports.
• Identify client needs proactively, suggest solutions, and drive continuous optimization.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, creative processes, and media planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a client‑first mindset.
