Junior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Junior Site Supervisor will join our construction team in Coimbatore on a full‑time, on‑site basis. Reporting to senior management, you will help keep daily site activities running smoothly, ensure safety compliance and support the timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and monitor progress against schedules.
• Coordinate activities of labourers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards on the construction site.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Support documentation and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (freshers welcomed).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn project management tools.
• Immediate availability and eagerness to start.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction site practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction sites.
