About the role
The Engineer – New Product Development will be responsible for creating and enhancing products within the architectural products and aluminium façade sector. This role focuses on innovative design, product improvement, and customization to meet market demands.
Key responsibilities
- Design new products for architectural and aluminium façade applications.
- Identify and implement product improvements to increase performance and cost‑effectiveness.
- Customize existing products based on client specifications and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a focus on marketing.
