About the role

The Junior Production Associate supports the production line by taking over from the previous shift, ensuring safety compliance, and following batch recipes to produce quality briquettes. This role involves hands‑on work with machinery, monitoring parameters, and preparing products for the curing area.

Key responsibilities

Take charge from the previous shift associate and maintain proper housekeeping.
Wear all required PPE (helmet, goggles, nose‑mask, safety shoes) at all times.
Verify that breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities have valid work permits and LOTO procedures.
Read and update log books (PR/ML‑F‑01 to PR/ML‑F‑07) and follow up on pending work.
Check batch recipes, ensure product matches the recipe, and confirm tool availability and condition.
Monitor machine parameters, complete machine checklists, and ensure plates are clean and properly oiled.
Verify proper material feeding, plate storage, and compression of briquettes to meet moisture and strength specifications.
Label and move finished racks to the curing area and hand over to the next shift.
