Junior Interior Designer

About the role

Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Interior Designer to work on luxury villas and premium residential projects. You will collaborate with architects, contractors and vendors to deliver high‑end interiors that meet client expectations and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interior concepts for luxury villas and premium residential projects.
• Prepare space‑planning, layout, furniture plans and detailed 2D drawings.
• Create 3D visualisations, presentation boards and material specifications.
• Select finishes, furniture, lighting and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design quality.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications and cost estimates.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or equivalent).
• 2‑5 years of experience designing luxury villas or premium residential interiors.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, lighting and material selection.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
