Project Manager – Interior Design (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own interior design projects from concept through execution and handover. You will act as the single point of contact for clients while coordinating designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple interior design projects and client relationships.
• Lead client communications, meetings, expectations, and regular project updates.
• Interpret approved designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, site teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits and project reviews to ensure alignment with approved 2D/3D designs and specifications.
• Oversee material selection, quotations, approvals, and procurement.
• Monitor vendor and contractor performance for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve or escalate delays and execution issues early.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and client approvals.
• Manage the project through execution, snagging, and final handover, ensuring a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior design projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
