Junior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to join our facilities services team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of building systems, delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including HVAC and PHE installations.
• Support electrical system maintenance and assist in asset management.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects while coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCB, fire safety, lift, and municipal standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with operational teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to safety procedures.
