Hotel Painter – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our facilities team at Ramada by Wyndham Goa Arpora. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of our hotel premises in Bardez, Goa.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
• Mix paints and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure a high‑quality finish that meets the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
• Maintain and clean all painting tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance teams to schedule work and meet deadlines.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling paints and solvents.

Required profile

• Proficiency in paint application and knowledge of various coatings.
• Experience in painting and decorating, preferably in hospitality or real‑estate settings.
• Attention to detail and an artistic sense for colour combinations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
