Junior Customer Service Executive – Provisioning & Configuration

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Executive to support provisioning and configuration for international customers at Tata Communications. The role focuses on end‑to‑end order management, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring service readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services for international customers (OLO – Delivery Management).
• Ensure all installation functions are performed on time to meet agreed SLA’s.
• Maintain regular customer communications and keep customers informed (KCI).
• Manage end‑to‑end order flow for smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and secure field resources for priority orders.
• Follow the escalation matrix when required.
• Provide strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in the Telecom/ISP domain.
• Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols.
• Good coordination skills and logical problem‑solving approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team player focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ownership and responsiveness toward assigned tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.
