About the role
The Java Tech Lead will develop code and documentation for complex software projects, design solutions, define specifications, and collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver high‑quality semiconductor and display equipment software.
Key responsibilities
- Develop code and documentation for difficult software projects and implement bug fixes.
- Design a variety of challenging software projects and define software specifications.
- Interface with internal customers for requirements analysis and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot complex software problems and perform software testing on code and enhancements.
- Interface with external customers regarding software issues.
- Compile data for regular or special reports, analysis, and statements.
Required profile
- 6 to 14 years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in Java development and related disciplines.
- Ability to mentor less‑experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the capacity to analyze multiple information sources.
