About the role
We are seeking a proactive IT Technician to provide first‑line support for a global, fully remote workforce. You will work in a cloud‑first environment, helping employees across multiple time zones stay productive with modern collaboration tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical assistance to employees worldwide, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage cloud‑based user accounts, onboarding and off‑boarding for platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor service‑desk queues and communication channels, ensuring timely response to incidents.
- Configure, maintain, and optimise IT systems to uphold reliability, security and efficiency.
- Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving workflows and user experience.
- Create and update internal documentation, user guides and knowledge‑base articles.
- Provide occasional after‑hours or on‑call support for critical incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting cloud‑based productivity suites.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience working with remote teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail.
