IT Support Associate II

About the role

Ops Tech IT Support Engineers provide first‑level technical assistance to Amazon Operations sites. You will be the face of the IT department, helping teams resolve hardware and software issues across fulfillment, sortation, logistics, and last‑mile facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment throughout fulfillment sites, including PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers, scanners, and other end‑user devices.
• Manage RMA and repair processes for devices under warranty.
• Support senior engineers on daily projects and initiatives.
• Travel within the region as required and adhere to all safety procedures while on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate‑setting support experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
