IT Executive – Technical Support & Infrastructure

About the role

Lohono Stays is seeking an IT Executive to lead technical support and manage the entire IT infrastructure across its luxury villa portfolio. You will ensure seamless technology experiences for guests and staff while maintaining high‑availability systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support to guests and employees, resolving hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Configure and support Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and wireless networks.
• Coordinate with vendors for guest internet services and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Perform root cause analysis, maintain system logs, and ensure regular backups.
• Oversee antivirus management, preventive maintenance, and license compliance.
• Monitor IT hardware/software inventory and stay updated on technology trends and security risks.
• Support day‑to‑day IT operations and deliver assigned IT projects on schedule.
