International Telesales Executive

About the role

The position involves handling customer interactions, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and supporting telesales activities by promoting relevant Samsung products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone to address queries and gather requirements.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Samsung products and services.
• Promote relevant products and services to drive telesales.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout each call.
• Document interactions and update customer records as needed.

Required profile

• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication in English with zero grammatical errors.
• MTI Versant score of 5 or 6.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (day shifts for female candidates, night shifts also for male candidates).
• Ability to complete a 10‑15 day training period.
• Availability for virtual or face‑to‑face interviews.

What we offer

• Freshers: ₹22,000 in‑hand per month.
• Experienced candidates: ₹25,000 in‑hand per month.
• 5‑day work week with two rotational offs and 10.5‑hour shifts.
• Rotational shift schedule (night shifts for male candidates, day shifts for female candidates).
