About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team in Chennai as International Customer Service Representatives. In this position you will handle voice interactions with customers from around the world, understand their queries, and deliver appropriate solutions while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers.
• Listen actively to understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions, documenting each interaction.
• Resolve issues professionally, meeting productivity, quality, and satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer‑friendly approach throughout every call.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle challenging interactions, and work night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer‑support systems.

Required skills
