About the role
Join an international contact centre handling inbound voice calls for retail banking, mortgages and consumer lending. The position is based in Chennai (Sholinganallur/Ambattur) and involves direct interaction with clients to resolve queries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via voice and written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts.
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through service excellence and a customer‑first approach.
Required profile
- 1‑6 years of experience in an international voice process (inbound calls).
- Education: minimum 12th pass; any graduate or postgraduate qualification accepted.
- Must carry a government‑issued ID proof.
