About the role

The Inside Sales Manager will drive revenue by engaging prospective learners and coordinating with the training team. Using a blend of inbound and outbound phone strategies, the role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into course enrollments.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide prospects through detailed course information and secure enrollments.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential accounts to boost sales.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings to stay updated on new services and industry changes.

Required profile

  • Any graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
  • Prior experience in training institutes is mandatory.
  • Strong phone sales techniques and customer‑service orientation.
