Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) – Female

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, product demonstrations and appointment setting for SaaS/ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce company products and qualify leads.
• Engage customers to understand needs, present product features, benefits and deliver demos of SaaS/ERP/Zoho solutions.
• Schedule and conduct product demos, meetings and follow‑up calls to maximise conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, demos and sales metrics in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proven experience delivering product demos for SaaS/ERP/Zoho solutions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or within a team.
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele‑calling, lead generation or demo presentation in an IT SaaS environment.
