About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. In this consultative sales position you will engage prospective doctors and medical professionals, understand their educational needs and recommend suitable courses or programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Explain features, benefits and structure of the company’s academic courses.
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone or video call to identify learning goals.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve course offerings and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and academic teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any field).
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or academic counselling.
- Excellent communication, counselling and selling abilities.
- Strong personal organisation and project‑management skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a commitment to professional growth.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
