Infra Tech Support Practitioner – French

About the role

We are looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner who will work primarily in French to ensure the availability and reliability of our production systems. The role offers the chance to become a subject‑matter expert while collaborating with a dynamic service‑desk team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and guarantee service availability in line with defined Service Level Agreements.
• Lead incident and outage resolution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Restore services efficiently after disruptions and coordinate recovery activities.
• Develop, test and maintain disaster‑recovery procedures to protect critical operations.
• Apply data‑retention policies consistent with organisational standards.

Required profile

• Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.
• Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intermediate problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Basic communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
