Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between business units and the HR function, ensuring day‑to‑day HR needs are met while driving initiatives that support overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to introduce and align HR initiatives with unit goals.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance appraisal, grievance handling, and off‑boarding.
• Lead change management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and policy implementation projects.
• Collaborate with HR functional leaders, OD, HRSD, and Centers of Excellence to improve people practices, systems, and processes.
• Analyze business unit data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support retention and engagement strategies.
• Provide unbiased employee‑relations support and coach low‑performing staff toward improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR processes in a business‑partner capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead projects across talent management, performance, and organizational design.
