HR Recruiter Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to the core functions of a Human Resources Recruiter. You will work closely with the HR team to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR operations while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and internal communications.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and presentation materials as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
