HR Partner – Corporate HR Team

About the role

Amazon’s HR Partners provide high‑judgment support to managers across the organization, helping them drive customer impact while ensuring a positive employee experience. As a senior HR practitioner, you will act as a trusted advisor, mentor junior team members, and shape best practices for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers on complex performance management cases, including improvement plans and bias‑free evaluations.
• Handle employee‑relations investigations, grievance processes, and mediation while partnering with Legal and ER teams.
• Analyze performance and investigation data to identify trends and develop systemic solutions.
• Educate managers through 1:1s, stakeholder meetings, and scalable learning formats on HR policies and people tools.
• Collaborate with PXT teams, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Mentor junior HR partners and act as a subject‑matter expert for regional programs and policies.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive employee issues and guide managers through change.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple business levels.
• Experience mentoring junior HR professionals.
