About the role
Britannia is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join its team on a rotational shift basis. You will play a key part in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, while ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Oversee employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
- Handle employee relations and maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Willingness to work three rotational shifts.
