HR Business Partner – Talent Management

About the role

This position supports the HR Business Partner in driving the people agenda for the business. You will execute core HR processes such as staffing, performance management, rewards, employee lifecycle management, benefits, and organization effectiveness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including requisition tracking, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding.
• Facilitate goal setting, mid‑year reviews and annual appraisal cycles, supporting calibration and tracking completion metrics.
• Assist with compensation reviews, promotions, incentive plans and reward‑recognition programs.
• Manage employee lifecycle events – onboarding, confirmations, transfers, role changes and exits – ensuring compliance with HR policies and accurate HRIS data.
• Support implementation and communication of employee benefits, wellness initiatives and welfare schemes.
• Partner with the HRBP on organization structure reviews, manpower optimization, role mapping and restructuring projects.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, administer surveys and monitor action plans.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on manpower, attrition, hiring status, performance management completion and other key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with minimum wage, bonus, shop & establishment, and other statutory requirements; assist in corporate audits.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce HR metrics and dashboards.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance related to wages, bonuses and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data accuracy.
• Ability to create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
