HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and various departments, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment cycle: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage follow‑ups.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, handling documentation and induction programs for new hires.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with project needs and hiring timelines.
• Address employee grievances, providing appropriate support and coordination.
• Organise employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Liaise with different departments to understand hiring and HR‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Willingness to travel across states.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
