US Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (EST Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a US Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our US‑based clients. The role operates on an EST shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) and is based onsite at one of our Indian offices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Work with VMS/MSP clients and hire W2 candidates for US geography.
• Evaluate candidates against skill, functional, domain and experience criteria.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers and facilitate placements.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requisitions and meet weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience; freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Willingness to work the specified EST shift.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.
• Familiarity with VMS and MSP recruitment processes.
