House Butler & Personal Assistant to MD (Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and discreet professional to manage the residence of the Managing Director and provide personal assistance for meetings, travel and daily tasks. The role blends hospitality service with executive support, ensuring seamless operation of the household and the MD’s schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day residence operations, supervise household staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage dietary and food requirements, including meal preparation, grocery shopping and food arrangements during travel.
• Accompany the MD to meetings and appointments, handling logistics, documents and personal needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant at head office to execute instructions and close tasks on time.
• Track tasks, monitor deadlines, escalate issues and ensure proper completion.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–8 years of experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, Guest Relations Executive or similar hospitality role.
• Experience serving HNI/UHNI families, senior executives, luxury hotels or premium residences.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
• Professional grooming, etiquette and strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Familiarity with iPhone and Macbook platforms.
