About the role
As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Office Receptionist ensures a memorable stay by delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. This role combines guest interaction, administrative duties, and proactive promotion of hotel facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized experiences.
- Promote hotel amenities and pursue up‑selling opportunities to enhance stays.
- Maintain high standards of service at the reception desk, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Front Office department and report any issues to management.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
- Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and service‑orientation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and collaborative spirit.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the Opera property management system (advantageous).
