About the role

The Connections by Davillas is a premium social travel brand that creates curated group experiences. We are seeking a confident, target‑driven High‑Ticket Sales Consultant to turn inbound leads into confirmed bookings through strong communication, disciplined follow‑up and relationship‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Qualify prospects, guide them through the booking journey and close sales.
• Build value propositions, handle objections and secure bookings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, track conversions and ensure a professional client experience.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales, high‑ticket sales or client handling (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with high‑volume calls, voice notes and rapid conversations.
• Target‑oriented, confident and disciplined with follow‑ups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
