Head of Human Resources – Global Platform

About the role

Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is a fast‑growing mobility platform business within the Bosch ecosystem. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Human Resources will design and lead a global people function that supports the company’s ambition to scale from €12 M to €1 B.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR operating model, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and HR Operations.
• Deploy appropriate HR systems, workforce analytics and people processes across India, Europe and North America.
• Build and grow the HR team as the organization expands globally.
• Translate the strategic workforce plan into actionable execution, making capability decisions across build, partner, source and ecosystem talent models.
• Develop and maintain a leadership assessment and development pipeline that stays 2‑3 years ahead of growth.
• Create sourcing strategies for scarce mobility and platform‑technology talent and enhance employer brand visibility.
• Architect workforce distribution across India (development), Europe (market expansion) and North America (strategic ecosystem).
• Navigate Bosch corporate HR governance while ensuring the flexibility required by a platform business and maintain compliance in all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions for fast‑growing, globally distributed technology or platform businesses.
• Strong track record in building HR operating models, talent acquisition strategies and leadership development programs.
• Deep understanding of workforce planning, organizational design and cross‑geography HR compliance.
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence corporate governance structures.
