About the role
The Head of HR Services will lead the Service Delivery Unit in India, overseeing end‑to‑end HR service delivery, ensuring alignment with global standards and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to-end HR Services delivery for the SDU, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Design, implement and continuously improve scalable HR processes and operating procedures.
- Champion HR technology adoption, manage self‑service portals and drive automation initiatives such as RPA.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring contractual SLAs are met for payroll, benefits and other external services.
- Define, monitor and report performance metrics, using data to drive improvement plans.
- Lead service transition projects, including new process roll‑outs and system implementations.
- Build, coach and retain a high‑performing HR Services team, establishing clear roles and succession plans.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in HR, Business or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR operations, HRIS or shared services experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in HR service delivery or SSC/SDU operations.
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale HR processes and vendor ecosystems.
