Growth Management Lead for Paytm for Business App

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and data‑driven Growth leader to own and scale growth for the Paytm for Business app. The role will drive activation, engagement, retention and win‑back while improving service‑led product journeys and building a scalable growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth charter for the Paytm for Business app, covering activation, engagement, retention and win‑back.
• Identify opportunities across key service product journeys and build strategies to improve user adoption, usage and retention.
• Build a data‑led growth engine using user analytics, cohort analysis, funnel metrics and behavioral insights.
• Drive a culture of experimentation, including hypothesis creation, A/B testing and measurement of business impact.
• Own and scale lifecycle marketing initiatives across user segments and stages of the customer journey.
• Leverage AI and Agentic capabilities to automate growth workflows, personalization and decision‑making.
• Define and track growth KPIs, identify gaps and translate insights into actionable product and business initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing growth team, fostering ownership, analytical thinking and execution excellence.

Required profile

• Strong academic pedigree; Tier‑1 institute preferred.
• Experience in Tier‑1 product, consumer internet or fintech companies, preferably in high‑scale growth environments.
• Proven experience in product growth, lifecycle marketing and app growth across activation, engagement, retention and win‑back.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with experimentation, growth analytics, segmentation and personalization.
• Experience leveraging AI / Agentic capabilities to automate or enhance growth and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong people‑management experience with the ability to lead and scale growth charters.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
