Graphic Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Specialist joins the Artwork Production team within P&G’s AW DTP Platform. Working closely with Design Leaders and Brand teams, you will translate design concepts into digital templates and graphic adaptations that meet the intended brand vision across a variety of product formats.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage design execution schedules, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality artwork files.
• Create and adapt digital templates and graphics while preserving design intent and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Color & Pre‑Press specialists and the Artwork flow team to maintain consistency across all product variants.
• Handle project tracking and file management using the WebCenter graphics lifecycle tool.
• Escalate critical issues to business partners promptly to facilitate informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, and regulatory style guidelines.
• Ability to interpret and maintain design intent across different product forms and technical drawings.
• Excellent collaboration skills within a cross‑functional production environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with a focus on quality and consistency.
