Graphic Designer – Studio

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join the BTI Studio design team and shape the Gartner client experience through compelling visual design. You will create conceptual graphics, data visualizations, layouts, and illustrations that communicate expert guidance and enable smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑end quality work in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Design and develop graphics and illustrations for mission‑critical, high‑visibility client‑facing projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with Project Managers on scope, timelines, and processes.
• Mitigate project risk by developing contingency plans and proactively solving problems.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of post‑college experience in a graphic design role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design sense, layout formatting, data visualizations, and infographics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presentations to internal and external professionals.
• Self‑starter with strict attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience interpreting complex data and creating visualizations.
• Background in visual and digital storytelling, presentations, and user‑centered design.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
