UX Designer

About the role

3M is seeking a UX Designer to join its Digitization and Advanced Analytics team in Bangalore. The role focuses on creating user‑centered digital products and data‑visualisation tools that support corporate supply‑chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross‑functional, international team to design and improve digital analytics tools for manufacturing and supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Develop experience models, personas, storyboards, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify strategic product opportunities and define UX vision and roadmaps.
• Define and track UX metrics to evaluate the success of design solutions.
• Advance and maintain the Design System in partnership with the broader UX/UI team, creating reusable components and guidelines.
• Work closely with UX research, UI design, and testing disciplines to deliver human‑centered solutions.
• Advocate the value of digital capabilities and UX across stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital products for enterprise or industrial contexts.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualisations and user flows.
• Excellent collaboration skills within diverse, global teams.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
