Graphic Designer – Creative Digital Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to lead the full design lifecycle, from concept through final delivery, for digital and social media campaigns. The role works closely with the Creative Head and internal teams to produce high‑impact visual content that aligns with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end design projects, from brief to execution and export.
• Create engaging visual assets for digital platforms and social media.
• Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring alignment, consistency, spelling and formatting accuracy.
• Develop reusable templates and assets for rapid campaign deployment.
• Translate client requirements into compelling visual narratives.
• Produce designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Organise file structures, naming conventions and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign timelines.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve design efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 + years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑control mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
