GNM Staff Nurse – Full-time Position in Chennai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified GNM Staff Nurse to join our hospital team in Chennai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves providing direct nursing care to admitted patients and supporting the medical staff in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bedside nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and patient condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections safely and accurately.
• Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Manage ward operations, maintain patient documentation, and prepare reports.
• Ensure strict infection control, hygiene standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Guide and support junior nursing staff and ANMs as needed.

Required profile

• Completed GNM course from a recognized institute.
• Registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced nurses.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work hospital shifts, including nights and weekends.
