About the role
Amazon is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to support its University Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple locations, driving end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Source and engage passive candidates, building pipelines through market research and relationship management.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidate slates within defined timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and interview panels throughout the interview process.
- Track metrics, set benchmarks, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Participate in special projects, such as improving interview techniques and identifying top talent for senior‑level openings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
- Strong understanding of client needs, hiring conditions, and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
